Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

Some SISSIE pieces are available to pre-order before they're in stock. When you place a pre-order, we save your payment method at checkout and charge it when your order ships. The expected ship date is listed on the product page.

Since you aren't charged until your piece ships, you can cancel a pre-order anytime before then by emailing hello@sissieshop.com. Once your order ships, our return policy applies.
