Shipping and Delivery
Sissie ships in the U.S. using trusted carriers. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
No Returns
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of Sissie pieces, returns are not accepted. Refunds are available in cases of damage or loss as outlined below.
We encourage customers to reach out to us before purchasing if they have any questions about our products.
Exchanges for Damaged or Lost Items
While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

Damaged upon arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Lost shipment: If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping provider, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to assess the claim and may request the return of the damaged item before sending a replacement.

Pricing and Payment
